Do you only work with businesses?
Nope. I work with: Individuals who feel overwhelmed by tech Sole traders & small businesses Community groups, clubs, and local organisations If you’re unsure which camp you’re in — you’re probably fine.
Do you offer in-person help or remote support?
Both. Remote support for quicker fixes, guidance, and setup In-person support (by arrangement) for local clients who prefer face-to-face help We’ll pick whatever’s simplest.
I’m not very tech-savvy — is that a problem?
Honestly? That’s kind of the point. Everything is explained slowly, clearly, and without judgement. If something doesn’t make sense, that’s on the tech — not you.
Can you fix something that’s already a mess?
Absolutely. Most of my work starts with “this used to work and now it doesn’t” or “I don’t even know where to start”. Messy systems are normal. Sorting them out is the job.
